Sara Hamlin is an aesthetic nurse with more than a decade of experience in injectables, dermatology, and skin health. She is known for her precision, warm approach, and natural-looking results.

Li Ho has more than a decade of experience in skin health, esthetics, and cosmetology. She is known for her gentle touch, thoughtful approach, and results-driven treatments that leave clients feeling confident and cared for.

Her specialties include customized facials, dermaplaning, and skin analysis. Li’s philosophy is rooted in working with the skin’s natural rhythms, blending science, artistry, and education to support lasting results.

Her name, given as a nickname by her grandmother, reflects the personal care she brings to every client experience.

Ashley Morris grew up in Huntland, TN and has worked as a labor and delivery nurse for more than 12 years. She began her journey in aesthetics in 2024 and quickly discovered a passion for helping women feel confident and cared for in new ways.

At The Collective, Ashley combines her medical expertise with her eye for natural results, offering treatments that empower clients to feel at home in their own skin. She enjoys time with her husband Josh, their son Ashton, and their dog Rip. She loves traveling, fitness, cheering on the Vols, and exploring new food spots, always guided by gratitude and faith at the center of her life.

Ali Anderson is the Manchester Practice Coordinator and one of the welcoming faces behind The Collective experience. A proud boy mom to Connor and Christian, she brings warmth, positivity, and genuine connection into every client interaction.

Known for her outgoing personality and ability to make people feel instantly comfortable, Ali helps create the supportive, elevated atmosphere The Collective is known for. She loves faith, family, meaningful conversations, and making clients feel truly seen and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Winchester Practice Coordinator

Ava Nix is the Winchester Practice Coordinator and helps create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client at The Collective. After graduating from an esthetics program in 2017, she spent five years working as a freelance makeup artist before transitioning into aesthetics and client care.

Ava has been with her husband for 8 years and is a proud mom to their daughter, Zoe, along with their two dogs, Gucci and Fred. She loves beauty, skincare, fashion, learning new things within the industry, and spending time with family and friends.

Her goal is to help every client feel comfortable, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
